GHAM is a non-profit organisation, registered as a company limited by guarantee. We operate under a leadership structure with a Church Council at its apex — the overall policy and regulatory organ of GHAM, ensuring good practice at every level.
A Church Council provides overall oversight and ensures good practice across all ministry operations.
Financial statements are prepared annually after a comprehensive assessment by independent auditors, compliant with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Annual audited financial statements are presented at an Annual General Meeting open to the public.
GHAM returns its tithe (10%) annually on the tithes and offerings received by the membership to the Pentecostal Assemblies of God (PAG), to which it is affiliated.
The following reports have been approved and published by GHAM leadership for public transparency. Each report contains aggregated income and expenditure summaries — no individual transaction details are disclosed.
